We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, in accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations regarding personal care and cosmetics.\n• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will happily replace or refund it. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos) of the item.\n• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they have been shipped or handed over to the courier service
